Late last month, Russian Defence Minister Sergey Shoigu said Moscow should be aware of its Western borders.
“We are implementing a set of measures to neutralise developing challenges and threats”, Shoigu said. He added that the Western Military District will receive more than 1800 pieces of new and modernised equipment by the end of this year./Periscopi/
