Snowfall also took place in Bosnia's capital, Sarajevo, and authorities activated the yellow metro-alarm in the capital and much of Bosnia's territory.
Meteorologists have warned that snowfall is expected to continue over the following days, writes Rtv21.tv in Croatia, due to the powerful storm being closed for auto-road circulation A1 and Adriatic magistrate.
Because of existing conditions, authorities have also stopped the circulation of trailer trucks on many roads in the country.
The torrential rains of rain over the past 48 hours have markedly increased the level of rivers in the Black Mountain, with authorities announcing that the level has increased by several meters.
Meteorologists have announced that rainfall will occur in the next two days, but with less intensity.
In Slovenia snowfall occurred southwest of the country, while winds are blowing at a speed of up to 60 miles [100 km] an hour in the coast.
