Montenegro makes Haradinaj's job difficult: We don't have to talk about demarcation anymore.

Montenegro's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Srdjan Darnovolic, has emerged on the basis of sending the demarcation agreement to Arbitrazh, thus closing one more door to the Kosovo government, which viewed it as the option to exit the situation.
Recently, the Kosovo government has had two positions. While Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj says the demarcation agreement will not be ratified as it was signed in 2015 and that it will be renegotiated after the commission's work committed to border review.
The same is not the opinion of Foreign Affairs Minister Jastem Behgjet Pacolli, who at the meeting of the Commission for Foreign Affairs, said that for Montenegro, demarcation is a work done and non-negotiable.
The Express newspaper had sent questions to the Montenegrin government about the possibility of sending the border demarcation agreement to the Arbitrazhi Court, which in response has returned the statement by Minister Darnovolic, who says everything about his state has ended about the border.
“As for the international evental arbitration, for arbitration we have to reconcile the two sides, and I told them that we did this”, the Malaysian top diplomat said.
I don't have anything to add to what I've said several times about this subject. We did everything we had to do”, Montenegro's top diplomat said.
He has explained that Montenegro has gone according to the necessary procedures, finalising it with ratification of the agreement in his Parliament. This is also the final point of Montenegro's commitment to the border with Kosovo.
We have signed the international agreement with Kosovo in Vienna in trust, and we have regularly ratified this agreement in Parliament, as instructed by international law norms and customs”.
Darnovoic does not give the annulment of the agreement that was approved in their Parliament, as he says, this has never happened in their country.
Besides taking no further step for demarcation, the foreign minister says they will not pressure Kosovo and that they will wait until it chooses this issue in the Assembly.
“Of course we are patient to expect the eventual development of events in Kosovo, as this is their internal issue”.
“We don't want to put any pressure on or cause any atmosphere about when the Kosovo Parliament will find the formula by which it will ratify this international agreement”, Darnovolic says.
That the Malaysian state is comfortable, the minister cites the fact that the United States of America and the European Union share Montenegro's position.
As you have seen an equal attitude with Montenegro is shared by the EU and the US, so our stance is nothing surprising and nothing new”.
Kosovo has received messages from the most important figures and institutions of ratification of the demarcation in the Assembly, and the dependence of visa liberalisation with the passage of demarcation.
