After the Council for Stabilisation and Association meeting between the EU and Kosovo, no planned conference has been held between EU and Kosovo representatives.
The official reason has not been disclosed, but the EU diplomatic circles mention “the agenda's issue” as the reason for the annulment of Moghrin and Haradinaj's joint statements.
Otherwise, for Haradinaj this is his first official visit after taking office at the head of the Kosovo government.
