Former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic, known as the Balkan butcher, had pledged former Bosnian Serb Army Commander Ratko Mladic that he would never hand him over to The Hague.
Serbian media have recently distributed an audo-incizim, allegedly a secret conversation between Milosevic and Mladic, 21 years ago, in May 1996, writes Express.
Milosevc, who died in 2006 in The Hague, without receiving the conviction deserved for crimes in Yugoslavia, now tells those sentenced to life imprisonment by the same tribunal, Ratko Mladic, would be ashamed of the nation if the former Serbian general who ordered the Srebrenica massacre were handed over to international justice.
I will never let anyone deliver to Tribunal, for historical and political reasons. It would be a great shame for our nation”, the Balkan butcher Ratko Mladic is heard to say among other things.

Otherwise, The Hague's International War Crimes Court has sentenced former Bosnian Serb Army commander Ratko Mladic to life in prison last week.
Mladic was sentenced as involved in committing genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity in Bosnia.
He was also convicted of the Srebrenica massacre.
