Former BSP director Mitko Cavkov and 35 others are suspected of terrorist endangering constitutional order and security, in accordance with Article 313 of the Penal Code, for which the minimum sentence of 10 years is forecast.
The Public Foundation Prosecutor for Following Organised Crime After the Company of All Measures on Confirming the Facts of the April 27th events in the Parliament has completed the pre-investigative procedure, photographe Macedonia.
The prosecution says that facts have been collected after the analyses and orders have been issued for investigative procedure against 36 people, due to allegations of criminal activity “terrorist endangerment of constitutional order and security”.
Mitko Chevkov and several others were arrested this morning and sent to the Skopje Criminal Court.
Among those arrested are MP Krste Mukoski, actor Vlado Jovanovski, MP Jacquesina Peshevska, Bogdan Ilievski commeri and other people. /Telegraphy/
