The pace of life is dynamic, but that doesn't mean you can't take a break or a pause. All you have to do is sit down, breathe and meditate, reports the “BeyondSciencev”, the Periscope broadcast.
The history of meditation and the religious context behind it are inseparable. The show of this practice was “med into that desirable light of Saint Savitr, which affects our godly rituals”, as recorded in one of the earliest references to meditation on the Hindu Wenda.
In time, other forms of meditation had begun to develop through Confucianism and Taoism in China, as well as Hinduism, Johnism, and early Buddhism in Nepal and India.
In Indian Buddhism, meditation was considered a step toward liberation. It started spreading to China, Vietnam and Korea.
Buddhist meditation is linked to the religion and philosophy of Buddhism, respectively, in pursuing them toward enlightenment and lullaby an area of transdendents in which freedom exists from all forms of suffering and existence.
