Lushtak hearing failed for KKUK escape

The initial hearing against Sami Lushtaku and others in the case of KKUK's escape has again failed, in the absence of two indictees, MP Mergim Lushtaku and Dardan Geci, KTV reports.

Prosecutor Romelu Matthews, the second failure, has considered an insult to justice, and has called for secession of the procedure against them, to continue with the session. But Judge Shasivar Hoti has rejected such a request, and has appointed its continuation for November 24th.

For the same reason, but not with the subject paperwork of the parties in the procedure, sessions in the past month had failed.
