Lumez to be nominated again for chairman of the Commission for Jurisprudence

Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has warned that on Friday he will re-represent at the Government's meeting proposals for members of the Commission for Jurisprudence to proceed further to the Assembly. Tahiri has warned changes in the composition of the Commission, Alexander Lumez, will again be proposed as chairman of the Commission for Proving Jurisprudence, in turn [...]
Alexander Lumez will again be nominated to be chairman of the Justice Ministry's Commission for Proving.
The list of proposals for members of this commission was suspended last week, as it was prosecuted in the Assembly, due to investigations conducted about the Lumez file.
But a day after the State Prosecutor rejected claims of manipulation in the chief prosecutor's Judicature exam, the first justice in Government “Haradinaj”, Abelard Tahiri suggests that at Friday's executive meeting he will again present the list of members of the Commission for Jurisprudence to the Assembly.
The procedure will now go from the start, as they have withdrawn”, Tahiri has clarified.
The proposals for the Jurisprudence Commission will present this Friday at the government's meeting”, the justice minister indicated.
He has made it known that the compound may have changes of members, but that it has not yet finally decided.
I have the impression that I will change two other names, I haven't decided yet, but the leader won't change. Chief Prosecutor Lumezi's name will remain for chairman of Commission”, Minister Tahiri has told Express.
By contrast, last week the Parliamentary Commission for Legislation had gathered to review the names that were prosecuted by the Government of Kosovo for the Jurisprudence Test Commission, but that point had been removed from the agenda.
This was after Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri had called for the withdrawal of the Kosovo Government's decision to appoint members of the Commission for the Jurisprudence Test, until the outcome of investigations into the files of chief Chemisel Lumez, who was set to head the Commission for Jurisprudence.
On the other hand, Tuesday, the State Prosecutor has announced that the investigation into the allegations filed over chief prosecutor Alexander Lumez's legalisation exam file has been completed.
The investigation conducted by Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has had with the publication of full evidence which refutes any claim by the former head of the Constitutional Court, made on the day he was convicted of corruption as far as the UPI reactor was, that Lumez has the file manipulated.
