Harry made the announcement through a televised speech from Saudi Arabia, where he is currently visiting.
In his speech, Hariri said the situation in Lebanon is the same as the period when his father, late Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, was killed in 2005.
Al-Arabiya, a broadcaster in Saudi Arabia, citing unidentified sources, reported that an attempt to kill him was prevented in Beirut several days ago.
Hariri, a Sunni ally and loyal ally of Saudi Arabia, accused the Lebanese group of Hizballah and Iran of inciting riots in the Arab region.
“Hizballah is Iran's arm, not only in Lebanon, but in other Arab countries,” said in the broadcast speech in Al-Arabiya.
Harry was appointed prime minister in late 2016 and headed a 30 - member national cabinet involving the Shiite militant Hizballah.
