This consisting has emerged from the research “Parliament Roli in the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue and the road to the EU”.
The author of this research, the Istrefi Framework, has said that the country's journey towards the European Union is closely linked to dialogue with Serbia.
According to him, Kosovo itself has entered international obligations, so agreements reached with Serbia must be implemented.
The increase in tasks, which the EU has given to the country, according to Istrefi, has occurred as a result of non-international co-ordination.
The MP, Korab Sejdiu, estimates the problem lies in the map of the agenda between Kosovo and Serbia, where officials from Kosovo had not participated in the drafting of it.
That these agreements are mired in the consequence of internal legislation differences, and the aspect of international law is being sidelined, Vjosa Osmani of LDK said.
