The Democratic League of Kosovo has called for the recounting of all ballot boxes in Pristina's municipality, following the November 19th runoff between the VV's Shpend Ahmeti and LDK's Arbash.
Ismet Beqiri has spoken before the media on this issue, confirming that the LDK has filed complaints to the Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtre, to become the recount, Periscopi writes.
“We have ancus in PZAP to do the recount of all boxes in the Pristina municipality”, Beqiri said.
He said that recounting should not be feared by anyone.
“We think that the recount is not afraid of escaping any candidate, because the recount will only increase the transparency and legitimacy of candidates”, he said.
Beqiri also sought to clarify the organisation of voters with transport on the part of the Vetevendosje Movement.
“We also demand that the VV transport organisation, developed through the so-called NGO”, he said. /Periscopi/
