The “-based indictment verified the right of exploitation and the return of ownership” has been handed over to the Foundation Court in Pristina by UPP Secretary Esat Kelmendi. Unlike 2012, when the UPP had only indicted the church, this time the indictment has been filed against Pristina's municipal Assembly for confirmation of the right to exploitation. UPP officials say this time the indictment is much more complete than the first one.
