Kosovo war crimes suspect arrested in Brnjak

The following communication adds:

The arrest of people on the basis of suspicious evidence and classified accusations, as well as prosecutions, is in the works of efforts to create artificial balance in prosecution of war crimes on the eve of Special Court's work on so-called crimes. The KLA, which is illegal in both legal and moral terms, warns this Office.

The result of such persecution of people cannot be reconciliation, but only the deepening of distrust between Serbs and Albanians in Kosovo and Metohija, the communique points out, through which it calls on international organisations and institutions to engage seriously in these subjects and prevent cases of new abuses by the police and trial in the pursuit of Serbs.

Metohija's Office for Kosovo requires that these victims of political prosecution and, contrary to the right to be released and, meanwhile, in other cases for the citizens of Serbia and similar situations, provide protections and means for legal representation of the D.T, is highlighted in the Kosovo Office communiqué in the Government of Serbia.
