Koci: What causes recounting without a legal reason

Renowned lawyer Arian Koci has commented on the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Paraseta over the recount of all votes in Prizren and Pristina, as well as the partial recount of several other municipalities.

Koci, in a post on the social Facebook network, has written that with this decision, allegations of vote theft will increase.

“Recounting votes, without any legal reasons, or without any doubt well-based for manipulation of the voting process, will bring even greater confusion, increase dilemmas for vote theft and deepen the animation between political parties and voters”, Koci wrote.
