More than 50 ambulances have been present at the site of the event in nearby hospitals following the attack on al-Rawdah mosque in Son al-Abed, west of the town of Aris, reports the “The Guardian”, the Periscope broadcast.
At least 85 people were injured, news agency “Mena” reported. The death toll increased repeatedly on Friday afternoon.
The attackers stormed the mosque after finishing Friday's prayers, then militants in four vehicles off the road approached and opened fire on the worshipers, a military source told Guardian.
