Freed from Kumanovo case still remains in custody

Those acquitted of the prosecution in the Kumanovo case have not yet been released from custody. The reason for this is the delay in drafting the court's decision.

Besnik Bajrami, Besnik Aydin and Fazli Osmani continue to remain in custody at the Shutka prison. So far the public prosecution has not complained about the court's decision to release these accused of lack of evidence.

While accused Ibrahim Murtezan has been and remains in house custody until the court's final decision is drafted.
