Fatmir Limaj and the other indictees were acquitted of the first indictment point has been acquitted of organised crime charges over corruption charges in MTP.
The court is giving the bias to former Transport Minister, now Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj, in the judiciary case known as MTP.
Limaj was charged with organised crime and corruption, which has to do with setting tenders at the time of Limaj was part of the PDK and the minister of transport.
Along with the accused Limat are Nexhat Krasniqi, Andrew Shala, the Telaku Rescue and Florim Zuka.
