To achieve this goal, the chairman of the court, Petrov Petkov, has made a proposal. The main review of this initial case is held Wednesday at the Pristina Foundation Court has not been held due to the lack of three indictees. But Petkov has used the case to propose the division of the subject, as he has said, “for reasons of efficiency”, and for that he has sought the opinion of the prosecutor and the defence, writes Koha Ditore.
Petkov has proposed that procedure on Uke Rugova and three other indictees be singled out: Izet Beqiri, Florijan Petani and Qefser Baholli.
The proposal was not supported by the prosecution, nor by a part of the defenders of the accused, while others have taken time to respond to this proposal. That is why the court has given them seven days to present eventual objections.
