EU has a message for Haradinaj, after citing Arbirthrazin as solution for demarcation

The “Commission expects in meeting the delayed visa liberalisation criteria regarding the record of sentences in cases of corruption and high-level organised crime, as well as ratification of the border agreement with Montenegro. This should be a continuous process”, Kasia Kolanko, official for information at the EC, has been asked whether the ratification criterion of demarcation will remain even after a eventual agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro for the issue to be sent to Arbirraz. “That's all I can say”, has Kolanko added.
That there will be no compromise with the criteria Kosovo has been laid upon, and Switzerland's ambassador to Kosovo, Jean Hubert Lebet, has said.
