“We have agreed to deepen our relations”, said Recep Tayip Erdogan during a conference with his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, at the presidential residence in the Black Sea coastal town of Soci, following a meeting between the two leaders.
Erdogan added that it was “satisfied” that relations between Ankara and Moscow have reached a highly advanced “ ” reports “Hurriyet Daily News”, Periscopi broadcast.
“Of course, we don't find this level of satisfaction. Both sides agree that our countries and people should be closer and have stronger co-operation in any area,” he added.
He said he had visited Russia three times this year and met Putin for the sixth time, adding that diplomacy “intensive” is continuing.
He reiterated Turkey's desire to boost bilateral trade to $100 billion, but added that, to that end, “must remove all restrictions against Turkey, including the ban on visas for businessmen. ”

Erdogan said it places great importance on the joint defence industry's efforts with Russia.

Putin said the volume of trade increased 36 percent in the first nine months of this year. “We believe we can fully compensate for last year's decline by the end of this year,” he added.
