Enver Hoxha's order is uncovered: Albanians don't keep pig at home

Former Interior Ministry Archive Director Kastriot Dervishi reveals other documents from the era of the dictatorial regime. It publishes the extract of a conversation between Enver Hoxha and Mehmet Shehu, where the first requires that it be forbidden to keep pigs and animals at home. Hoxha says pigs have no chance [...]
1980/ The heroic fight by the Labour Party against pigs, donkeys and mulesThe vicious fight that the Labour Party declared to the soft animals of the cooperative court came to rest not only on animals that were occupied with meat and by products but also on labor animals.
In the final part of the discussion of the date 4,11,1980, the bureau's friends decided on pig fate in the village and handed their hands to the animals. But while the pig would flock to “qyl”, the party thought that for the animals it could give up a cacyta with installments (which didn't work because either they're sold too cheap or they're “faltur”). The same fate had already suffered.
With these decisions, eventually, the Labour Party completely destroyed the villager. The selection below is the discussion between the country's first secretary and prime minister.
The dictator regrets that he has allowed the villagers to survive on the income his backyard brought them.

Extract From Discussions
Enver Hoxha: Another issue to consider is that the cooperative court will no longer hold a pig.
Okay, don't even have a pig.
Enver Hoxha: There's no way he can keep the pig in his backyard because he needs concentrations she doesn't have. If pigs should be kept, it is imposed on their co-operatives to support them.
Mehmet Shehu: They are villagers with former Catholic populations seeking to hold a pig today.
Enver Hoxha: Let's ask, the most Catholic of us (Laughter).
Today, pork is also eaten by a former Muslim who talks about it (Laughter). So the pig should not be allowed to hold the yard. Even the animals of the cargo of horses, mules, or donkeys should in no way be allowed to hold the cooperative court because they need oatmeal, for grass, for corn straw. Interesting how have we allowed such a thing? Well, we allowed it and of course we made a mistake, but then we needed it. What do we do now with these garden animals? We can't take them to their owners, but the only way we can do it is to collect them in co-operative. Now let's decide how we do this collectiveization, how do we get it from those who have it?
Mehmet Shehu: Let's act cool, Comrade Enver. We took these from the courtyards and paid them their dues in installments.
Enver Hoxha: So we collect and pay their dues in installments.
Mehmet Shehu: The damage to these animals, I don't think, is that when we started to collect livestock for meat and milk, many families slaughtered some of them, and the donkey or the mule couldn't slaughter it. The horse too, and its cow can be killed.
Enver Hoxha: No, neither will the cow, I think.
Mehmet Shehu: However, we do not think to switch to the collectiveisation of cows, but to their flock, while in donkeys, mules, and horses we must switch to collectiveization. Calling on the party, switch to the collectiveisation of cargo animals and finish this job. Keep in mind that the collectiveization of (the horses, mules, and so on) will be paid, not at all, but in installments, just as we have gathered peacefully.
