The Tirana court has given the green light to the execution of literature from Kosovo for the question of forensic expert Besim Ymaj, in the case of Vetevendosje activist Astrit Dehari, who was found dead at Prizren's Pre-burging Centre on November 5, 2016.
Ymaj, former director of the Law Medicine Institute in Tirana, is one of two experts wanted by the family of the late Dehari for monitoring the autopsy, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
Court Court Judge Tirana Ahmet Metallaj, on October 24th, has considered in public court hearing the demanding criminal request: Judicial District Prosecutor Tirana, represented by prosecutor Arminda Hamiti (Mocka) with the object: ” Request for allowing the execution of Kosovo justice authorities' paper-porosis for questioning of citizens Besim Ymaj, legal expert, resident in the Republic of Albania” /Time.
