In the institutional system in Pristina, there is no longer an institution responsible for dialogue with Belgrade because there are no other ministries, offices or services in Kosovo's newly formed government, said Office for Kosovo director in Serbia Government Marko Djuric.
Djurc says Kosovo is more interested in dialogue, and for that there is no team to dialogue.
It is clear that Pristina is not interested in the dialogue, which it has led so far, otherwise the ministry led by Edita Tahiri would not be dissolved. It remains to be seen whether Pristina even further calculates at the services of Edita Tahiri, which is powerful, often with skill, has fought for its country's interests”, Djuric has declared it to the newspaper “Politika”, warns Telegrafi.
Djuric said that the last meeting that could be put into operation for the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue was held in Brussels on August 31st, when EU foreign policy chief and Federica Moghrini, as mediator in the dialogue, organised a working breakfast for Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vucciq and Kosovo President Hashim Thaci.
“These days will mark one year from the latest expert-level meeting. Pristina's justification was initially holding parliamentary elections and a decision by the Parliament to freeze dialogue, while now have no excuse”, Djuric said.
He noted that the biggest problem is lack of mediation.
