Yesterday in the QNR, CEC spokesman Valmir Elez said it is possible that final results will be published today.

Otherwise yesterday the QNR has completed the bail vote count, by mail and those with special needs, where the winning mayors for the municipality of Pristina, Prizren, Istog and Rahovec are located.
