Catania's Re-evaluation Court, 48 hours after hearing the claims of 6 of the detainees of the so-called “Habilaj” file, ruled this Thursday that it did not change the safety measure and the position of Moses Habilaj and his five fellow inmates in prison.
The decision has been deposited around noon in the Secretariat of the Catania Court by three Iarato, Benanti and Catena judges. Moses Habilaj and his Albanian and Italian associates will remain in prison until the criminal process ends against them.
The evidence presented by the Catania Prosecutor, concerning the involvement of this group in international narcotics trafficking, has been convincing to judges, who rejected the recursor presented by confirming prison arrest.
