Finance Minister Bedri Hamza, after meeting with representatives of several nongovernmental organisations, said if that is not enough, the value of this fund could increase any year.
He denied that he said the number of this category was being blown in place, like the veterans' list.
Hamza expects the Commission, which will handle this category, to propose the pension sum this category will enjoy.
Feride Rushiti said this compensation does not mean that survivors of sexual violence will forget the suffering experienced during torture. More than 20,000 are estimated to be the number of victims of sexual violence during the recent war in Kosovo.
