He said this case is isolated after it occurred before the opening of the polls, and that they have not noticed any pressure so far and that the process is taking place normally in this centre.
On the other hand, the centre's manager, Alban Buyaj, said the broken glass has nothing to do with the voting process, because the incident occurred before the deployment centre opened.
