The Argentinian submarine may have exploded

The Vienna-based Organization of the Banting Treaty of Comprehensive Nuclear Tests (CTBTO) recorded an unusual, short, powerful and non-air nuclear moment that coincided with an explosion on November 15th, when the submarine disappeared.
“This information coincided with that of an American institute, which also recorded a hydro-acstic anomalies, near the place the submarine lost communication with the navy about three hours ago”, announced Navy spokesman Enrice Balbi.
According to these reports, the event took place in the Gulf of San Jorge, 1,300 miles [1300 km] south of Buenos Aires.
Balby also stressed that <x0marina has no information on this event, but ruled out the possibility of a” attack.
So far the navy has avoided linking a mechanical problem to the disappearance of ARA San Juan.
