This will apply to Serbia's flag, as well as to those of Albanians, Bosniaks and Croats, writes Belgrade's “Novost”, Coha.net broadcasts.
According to this newspaper, this is presented with the Bill proposed by the Government of Montenegro about the appointment, usage and public prominence of national symbols, which will come up for approval before the Parliament of this country.
“The constitutional basis for establishing this law lies in the provision of Article 79 of the Constitution of Montenegro, with which it determines that members of minority peoples and other national minority communities are guaranteed rights and freedoms under which they can use individually and together with others: choose, use and discern national symbols and mark national holidays” has told this newspaper Mehmet Zenka, minister for the Rights of Minorities and Nationalities.
