“I believe that receiving Albanian citizenship would not be a solution to facilitating their movement towards Schengen area countries because Albania itself is a forced country to show continued care in terms of all obligations stemming from implementing visa liberalisation”.
Thus stated President Ilir Meta a few days ago in connection with the granting of passports to Kosovo citizens.
