Vajaj, says that the CEC's voter lists have been public and have had the chance to complain before entering the race to lead the Istog municipality in the next four years.
“The CEC only approves the vote list in accordance with Article 8.6 only after ensuring that the public has had the opportunity to challenge inaccuracies and shortcomings on the Voters' List, but prior to election day, the CEC proves that the voter list is in line with the law in force, and has done so (this evidence can be proven by the Secretariat's report and the CEC meeting processions)
The period of opposition is presented correctly as well as procedures with Article 9 of the law, and according to CEC reports there has been no objection
8. Article 12 of the Election Law states that (Culalification of voters, voter lists and a period of rejection and confirmation of the voter list), and any provisions related to this issue”, Visaj has said
On the other hand, he has clarified his stance over the LDK complaint, saying that “is the same as if Vetvendosje accuses AAK of voting Arba Abrasin in Pristina. ”

The LDK complaint about Istog reminds me of that popular proverbial word,
If you forgive me the meadow you haven't killed my father
If you don't forgive me the meadow you killed my father
First the ballot list has been under public scrutiny.
It's been published and accessible to the public and every citizen can complain and challenge the voting list, so the CEC has informed everyone in the country through public information.
Procedures of Constitution and Challenge are presented in the General and Local Law.
It's worth noting that the decision to change the Votuse List is taken by the Court of First Court in accordance with the law, and there's no complaint for these votes in the Competent Court.
The CEC agrees with Article 8.4, before the beginning of the period of opposition, equips the contactive persons of each of the certified political subject with Article 8.5. The CEC provides LV during the election period with accredited election observers according to their individual demands. Accredited election observers can monitor the period of opposition and confirmation in all locations where the LV is available to watch.
The CEC approves the vote list in accordance with Article 8.6 only after making sure that the public has had the opportunity to challenge the inaccuracies and shortcomings on the Voters' List, but prior to election day, the CEC proves that the voter list is in line with the law in force, and so it has acted (this test can be verified with the Secretariat's report and the CEC meeting processes)
The period of opposition is presented correctly as well as the procedure with Article 9 of the law, and under the CEC reports there was no objection.
8. Article 12 of the Law on Elections was (Culalification of voters, voter lists and the period of rejection and confirmation of the voters' list), and any restrictions related to the issue.
It's worth noting that under 6 of the CEC's 10/2013 electoral rule round the second round for mayor, the correct money that the voting list for the second round is used the same list as in the first round.
In the same regulation under Article 8 it's also regulated that all voters who have registered successful voting abroad can vote in the first round.
10. The list of votes in accordance with the law was approved by the CEC with consensus and no vote against and no rejection.
The same voters that voted in the first round and we didn't have a complaint on the appropriate organs, and these votes were taken because they came from registered voting based on legal procedures.
What's worth is that the votes coming from the first round by these voters are adopted with full consensus by CEC members.
Also from the final results adopted by consensus by the CEC with the votes of these voters at the municipality of Istog have three assemblies been elected.
The LDK complaint is the same as if Vetvendosje accused the AAK of voting Arba Abrashi in Pristina.
