With six months on bail, Milan Barac was sentenced by the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica.
The same was accused by Mitrovica's Constitutional Prosecutor that in October this year, at his home in the municipality of Leposaviqi, he had caused slight bodily injury to the damaged side, in this case to his wife.
According to the indictment, the defendant under the influence of drunk - handedly drunk alcohol had hit the injured in the head and then threatened it with words, reports KALLXO.com.

The accused has later committed slight bodily injury by Article 188 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The defendants had been assigned the detention measure, the measure under which it was due since October 15th.
