Vuciq meets with Israeli ambassador, also talks about Kosovo- Serbia

President Aleksandar Vuciq met with Israeli Ambassador Alona Fischer-Kam on Tuesday to discuss “overall bilateral relations” between the two countries. According to a statement from the president's press service, Vuciq “expressed satisfaction with increasing Israeli investments in Serbia, especially in the construction sector”, while Fischer -Kam stressed that “development of economic co-operation with Serbia was one of the top priorities for Israel”, reports “b92”, Periscopi broadcast.
The two co-ordinators “noted that Israeli investors are expanding their area of interest and that this is an indication that a favourable business environment is being created in our country, but that more needs to be done to represent Serbia's potential in Israel”, the statement said.
Vuciq “stressed that Serbia respects Israel's right to exist peacefully. ”
Israeli ambassador explained her country's stance on U NCOS, after announcing Israel's withdrawal from the UN specialised agenda.
Israeli president and ambassador also discussed dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, as well as other “regional and international issues”, the statement said./Periscopi/
