Current Podujevo Chairman Agim Veliu has indicted Vetevendosje candidate for Podujevo chairman Ayjet Pottera.
The indictment in court has handed over lawyer Besnik Berisha, under which the indictment was filed at Veliu's request and authorisation.
The indictment's “ATTERA, on an interactive “ ” show by KHA Vision (KTV), dated October 10, 2017, which, among other things, had declared Mr. Dawn V ELIU had received tribute for granting a business permit”, lawyer Berisha said through a communique for the media.
According to Berisha Agim Veliu, he names these statements as untrue, biased and with the sole aim of damaging his reputation and the Democratic League of Kosovo.
“Z. Veliu expects the Court to approve the prosecution as fair and legitimate within a reasonable timeline of”, Berisha's communiqué said.
