The Public Procureing Organisation has turned the tender for the A7 Highway, Pristina '% Gjilan, as it has concluded that the Accounting Authority, the Ministry of Infrastructure, has violated some of the provisions of the Public Procure Law.
Thirteen economic operators had exercised complaints at the tender court.
One of the findings of the Research Panel during the trial of this subject is that the Accounting Authority has not received under Article 1 of the Public Procurement Law, KTV reports.
The aim of this article is to ensure the most efficient, transparent and fair way of exploiting public funds.
For this tender, it was reportedly threatened with life by OSHP Board Chairman Blerim Dina.
