Surroi speaks of forgiving 59 million euros to those in debt to the state, that's what he says

Corruption opportunities ignore public money are named by writer Veton Surroi's publicist, the pardoning of 59m euros that citizens and businesses have owed to the state as unpaid obligations to services.

Surroi has also said that such a decision is also an indication that the citizen who pays services in order is condemned by the state.
