In an authorial writing to the Koha “portal a pension for Haxhi Zeka”, publicist Veton Surroi has talked about the budget review issue, and the need for health insurance in Kosovo.
He makes a strange connection between renowned rebel Haxhi Zeka and famous German Chancellor Otto Von Bismarck. But also, as the title shows, it makes a surprising connection between Haxhi Zeka and fraud veterans.
According to him, it was Bismarck that maliciously started social status by simply wanting to get support from poor classes, not because he believed in it. The connection of Haxhi Zeka, as a well-known national figure, with the intentions of writing, is totally incomprehensible.
The renowned Kosovo publicist expresses his resentment over the issue of veterans' lists, and for prioritising veterans' salaries to health insurance. As noted in the title of his script “ion for Haxhi Zeka” he tries to sarcasm with the swelling of the lists, and with politicians who are concerned about it. However, sarcasm fails to translate into sarcasm, because the truth is that “responsions” for veterans are used precisely for political or economic effects as Surroi himself puts it in lines.
As Haxhi Zeka's presence in his writing is unclear, so is what should be done in the concrete case. Vote or not vote for the budget. And also, what specifically should be done about investigating lists, and building a social state he's looking for?
