The Spanish ambassador to the Atlantic Alliance, Miguel Aguirre de Carrer, had demanded that Kosovo leaders not be mentioned in their posts, and that none of the meetings officially participate in the KSF in uniforms.
But that wish was not met, after the KSF uniform was present at the order of the heads of institutions.
