Now, the owner of tool access rights can only be the person who owns the driver's license for the category of tool used.

Kosovo citizens have two months left to import old cars and register them. That will not be imported by January 2018, older cars than 10 years, and that they will have to meet the standard known as "euro four" related to gas control.

According to Kosovo Customs data by the end of September in Kosovo, 22 thousand and 869 cars worth 127m euros are imported.

“The tool user or tool access owner may only be the person who owns the currency driver's license for the tool category that uses”, the vehicle law says.
