Serwer: Russia hinders Kosovo's UN membership

Daniel Serwer, professor of American University “John Hopkins” and former diplomat, has stressed that she agrees with US official Hoyt Brian Yee's statement given in Belgrade that Serbia cannot sit on two chairs thinking about its relationship with Russia and the aspirations to join the European Union, Coha.net broadcasts.
