Serbian judges' decree issued in North

Although the Judiciary Council had secured transport organised by Mitrovica to Pristina, Serbian judges have not submitted to travel to Pristina, the Kosovo Clan broadcasts.

The decree of Serbian judges who would work at the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica was prior to this Tuesday during the day.

While Kosovo President Hashim Thaci and Serbia's Alexadar Vuciq have previously agreed that the justice agreement will begin to implement on October 17th, Kosovo broadcasts.

Consequently, the implementation of this agreement had failed to apply even when it was meant to be implemented in January of this year.
