Adoption of this law enables the creation of a more stable and efficient road safety system, as well as greater protection of endangered trafficking categories, reports “b92”, Periscope broadcast.
Although notable progress has been made in terms of increasing traffic safety levels, the risk of road accidents in Serbia is much higher than in developing countries.
Also, changes in laws enable building and changing awareness, attitudes, knowledge and skills of all participants in traffic through adequate education, and information.
The government also approved the Electronic Communications Bill, which will enable Serbia's successful integration into a single digital European market.
The purpose of the law is for the government, business subjects and organisations to work together to develop a regulator that stimulates growth, creates common values and opportunities for the digital future.
The law should ensure greater protection of the latest users of electronic communications services and improved the conditions of operating electronic communications operators in the Republic of Serbia.
At the session, the adoption of the Bill for the Founding of the Transport Community in the field of road, rail, water and sea transport aimed at developing a transport network between the EU and the signatories of Southeast Europe./Periscopi/
