Having remained in custody for several years, Enver Sekiraqa, sentenced to 37 years in prison by the Pristina Foundation Court, with a decision by the Court of Appeals, has turned it into the measure of house arrest. His house is located very close to the 3rd Kosovo Police station.

In addition to changing the measure, the court has instructed Sequirah not to move from the object where he lives, nor to contact people he does not live with, until it is reminded that the detention measure can be returned if he does not comply with the order.
The Sequirah case, based on television sources within the court, will be turned into retrial, but that has not confirmed the Court of Appeals' media office.
The decision was made after the Supreme Court's college review. Reasoning this decision to change the detention measure for the defendant from the detention measure to the measure of house arrest will be included in the final decision by the Court of Appeals”, the Court of Appeals's Media Office said in response.
