Sami Kurteshi presents the 20 pledges of Vetevendosje to Gjilan

20 Movement's Vows To the Gnjilane municipality:

1. 6. The stabilisation of the city's theatre with residentist actors, depoliticisation and concrete institutional support, revitation or reconstruction of the culture house in all the settlements where they exist and construction in large settlements, the support of cultural and cultural societies, artistic and cultural creators, and NGOs, through projects and municipal subsidies.

7. Revival and, where possible and necessary, building fields, recreation-sport angles, resort halls in the city and rural settlements.

8. Research of the needs and feasibility study of urban public transportation, the establishment of the urban traffic company for the municipality of Gjilan according to real needs, with regular line systems and integrated payment systems, which cover all the neighbourhoods and villages of the Gjilan municipality, at affordable prices for pensioners, social cases and other groups with serious social and economic conditions.

11. Construction of waste water (impanits) and the sanitary of the conditions in Mirusha and Stanishorka streams, as well as in settlements affected by pollution of sewage flows in the municipality, separating and regulating the water from the weather resources in the city, and at the same time protecting from pollution and regulation of river flows, environment, forests, and arable land in the municipality of Gjilan.

The answer within the legal deadline for all requirements and administrative issues, unhindered access to public documents, and professional credit-based employment, according to the code of anonymity proved in the states of the European Union. Especially the open process of competition, recruiting according to criteria and results in employing teachers for all levels of schooling.

17. Enhancing the efficiency and efficiency of municipal administration in providing public services, by facilitating and simplifying administrative procedures, with particular caution in the period of arrival of exiles.

18. The assessment of the current situation and water loss, the identification of problems and needs in the municipality, revolutionisation and, where necessary, construction and drinking water infrastructure in the municipality of Gjilan.

Research, identification and registration of all public municipal assets and their exploitation of the increased welfare of citizens through increased municipal revenues from numerous public resources.
