The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs the broad public opinion that the process of membership of the Republic of Kosovo in the regional, continental and global organisations, knowingly at the UN and related agencies is and remains the priority goal of the Republic of Kosovo.
The Republic of Kosovo has so far been members of over sixty regional, contingent and global organisations, and each action of application, procedures or membership process takes place in full and close co-ordination with Kosovo's strategic and historical allies, the United States of America and the European Union, respectively. Kosovo is an ally of the West and this alliance is eternal and irreversible.
The pragmatic extension of Kosovo Republic membership in Interpol, U NESTO is based on full and close co-ordination with the US and other Quinti countries.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs re-exemplifies that the Government of the Republic of Kosovo and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs acts co-ordinated, prudent, responsible and in defence of the national interest of the Republic of Kosovo.
Any other claim to creating negative resentment in the public is unreasonable and unprofessional.
The foreign ministry estimates these actions contribute to strengthening Kosovo's international position, advancing further relations with partner states and allies, ensuring security as well as promoting peace in the region.
