The report, titled “Putin and Authorisation”, published yesterday, says that Putin's narrow circle consisting of family “, old friends and friends who became family members”, and their lucrative businesses either are from the state-controlled oil and oil sector, or connected to state companies, REL reports.

The report listing the richest members of Putin's narrow circle is an effort by the Crime and Corruption Reporting Organisation (OCCRP), an international platform for investigative journalism consisting of non-profit centres, journalists, media organisations and the independent Russian newspaper Novaya Gazeta.
