The defence attorney, Gazmend Halilaj, has told KTV that he has decided to hold the hearings today after the prosecution has demanded the 30-day measure of arrest against his defenders.
The prosecution has assigned the 48-hour ban on Fitim Thaqi, suspected of Friday's attack on journalist Vehbi Cateazi.
Otherwise, journalist Vehbi Kajtazi was attacked Friday while in a coffee shop in the capital.
