State Prosecutor's spokesman, Ekrem Lutfiu, has told Arbres.info that the prosecution has already submitted its request for continued detention of two minors suspected of serious murder.
“Foundation Procurory in Pristina, Department to Mitur, in 13,10.2017, has applied for continued detention of the G.H. and R.G. minors, due to the criminal act serious murder by Article 179 points 1.1 and 1.4 concerning KPRK's Article 31. The verdict on continuing detention is expected in the coming days of the Court” says Lutfiu.
On the other hand, Foundation Court officials in Pristina have wanted to comment on the occasion
This court's spokeswoman, Mirlinda Gashi, has told him they cannot provide any information on the case.

On September 18th, Pristina's Constitutional Court had made a decision to approve the request of the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Department for Youngs, appointing a month of detention against the two suspects in the murder of 16-year-old.
Several days later, the Kosovo Court of Appeals had refused the defence attorneys' complaints against the appointment of a month-long detention measure against two minors.
Appely has been nominated for the defense complaint, praising that the Constitutional Court has acted towards determining the month-long detention for suspects G.H. and R.G.
