Prompt Bugajski: Delay of demarcation at the expense of Kosovo

International policy analyst from Washington Janusz Bugajski has spoken of demarcation and other integration processes in Kosovo.

He has declared that Kosovo's institutions and Assembly should quickly complete the issue of demarcation of the border with Montenegro, as, according to him, any delay will have consequences for the country's future and integration processes.

He said that not ratifying the Demarketing Agreement would negatively affect Kosovo, while helping Serbia isolate Kosovo internationally.

The “will help Russia in its offensive to destabilise the region. This will separate Kosovo not only from the issue of liberalisation, the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, but may also push Kosovo towards a conflict with a NATO member state. Then it will threaten the transformation of the KSF and Kosovo's membership in NATO”, Bugajski said.
